Meat and a binder, like egg or breadcrumb!.!. They'll be bland, but that's the minimum you can use without them falling apart!.

To make them taste better, mince some garlic and onion, add some salt and pepper, your favourite herb (mine's oregano) a couple of drops of tobasco and worcestershire sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have some garlic salt, that would help a bit!. A little ketchup wouldn't hurt either!. I tear up a slice of bread AND an egg, but if you don't have both, you could probably do with one!. Shoot, when my son was young and I was a single mom, sometimes we ate water gravy and toast!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
