a great guacamole recipe that isn't spicy is usually on the sweeter side!.!.!.
i made this one up some time ago and i use it all the time to entertain!.!.!.
3 avocados, out of their skins, flesh diced (you'll mash everything to get a good consistency later)
juice of one orange, and one tablespoon of orange zest
about 3/4 cup of fresh diced pineapple
1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes (cherry tomatoes have the best flavor this time of year, but other kinds of tomatoes are certainly acceptable!.!.!.heirloom tomatoes add both great flavor and color but are more expensive)
1/4 cup diced mango
1 finely minced red onion (or white onion)
1 large bunch of cilantro, finely chopped or even minced (you'll need a bunch of cilantro to give a sweet fresh flavor, and to keep all those fruits from taking over the avocado)
juice of one or two limes, depending on personal taste and potency
salt and pepper to taste
*mash all ingredients until fairly smooth in consistency!. the juice from the fruit should help mash the avocado!. also, this guac will keep its beautiful green color because of the acids present in the fruit!
enjoy!
(p!.s!. if youre making this for yourself and you'd like it spicy, since the sweet/hot combo works so well, then kick it up with a large bunch of red pepper flakes :) )
pair with salted chips!.!.!.i like to douse my chips in salt and pepper!. they just seem to taste better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love guac, but i never use a recipe!.
Mash up some avocados (usually account for about 1 avocado per guest, plus 1 or 2) and season liberally with salt!. add lemon juice, black pepper, diced red pepper, minced garlic or garlic powder, onion, cilantro and a little sour cream if you want it creamier!. add a little bit of hot sauce, but go easy if your guests cant take spicy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I almost never measure, but here are my ingredients:
avacados
cilantro
red onion
tomato
minced garlic
salt
pepper
lime
diced jalapeno pepper
You can leave out the jalapeno if you want, but if you cut it small and leave out the seeds, i does not turn out spicy!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
