Hello,
You can make breads, muffins, desserts, sauces, dried fruit, puddings, icecream, milkshakes, smoothies, pies, tarts, crepes, probably alot more!. Those are just what comes to my mind!. You know I have a great white chocolate cheesecake recipe that would be delicious with one of your fruit sauces!. You could also make a delicious fruit filled cake!. (OK, I'm getting hungry!)
Good Luck! Happy Baking!

A fruit soup!. Simply sprinkle sugar or sweetener over a lot of soup to which has been added 5 whole cloves and a stick of cinamon!. Add cold water and bring to a boil, reduce and simmer until all the fruit is soft and mushy!.
Cool slightly and whizz in blender, then pass through the seive to remove pips!.
Return to pan and heat, add a couple of tea spoons potato flour (cornflour will make the soup cloudy, but could be used as a thickener in desparation!) and simmer until thickened!.
Test for sweetness etc!.
Can be served cold or hot with whipped cream, ice cream, yoghurt etc and a couple of crispy biscuits!. Any fruit can be used and any combination if required!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
