How should I layer the items on my sandwich? It always gets messy because I do it wrong.?!
Everything slides around between the buns (i don't like bread)!. This is how I layer it (bottom to top) bun, mayo, shaved chicken, cheese (cut from a block), lettuce and mustard, top of bun!. How should I do it so it's less messy and I maintain the correct bun to filling ratio!? You know what I mean!? I always end up with either too little bun and too much filling, or vice versa!. I just need to know how to make the perfect sandwich!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I used to work in a deli, however I don't know if that will mean anything in the long run! Try putting the lettuce on the bottom, and the chicken should hopefully be heavy enough to weigh that down!. You could heat the cheese slightly so it will stick to the top of the chicken & cause a "seal" - however if you don't like that, the cheese will hopefully stick to the top bun anyway!. I like to mix my mayo & mustard together a bit & put a little of that mix on both buns!. I'm also concerned that you may have too much sandwich to handle so maybe you should slice it in half!? My other thought for you was a pita! Good luck finding your way, I hope something I've said was helpful!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Try putting the the cheese on the bottom, it'll stick to the mayo and won't make the middle slide, then put a dollop of either mayo or mustard on top of the chicken and that will keep the chicken from sliding around!. All you have to do is cut back on the mayo on the bottom and the mayo in the middle won't be too much!.!.!.!.!.!.like this,
top bun w/Mustard
lettuce
chicken w/mayo spread on top
cheese
bottom bun w/mayo
krystan
(thats the way i do mine cause i love tomatoes but they make my sandwich slide so i stick them to the top, then use the mayo or mustard as a "glue" for the rest of the sandwich)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put the lettuce on the bottom, and split the crunchy white part with a knife!. The layers should weigh the lettuce down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Hm, that sounds like a pretty normal sandwich to me!. Try cutting it in half diagonally to make it more manageable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
