well you put 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and beat them!.then you add flour and mix until fully airrated then you add milk bits at a time so you know its fully mixed in then you get pan and fill it with oil until it makes a small thin layer in the pan!.wait till it heats up then pour the oil into an unwanted cup then get some kitchen roll and dip it in the oil smearit round the pan!.put some of the batter on and try and get it round as much as possible(fill the bits on pan you couldnt cover!.)then wait 1 1/2 mins then flip it over then wait 2 mins and flip it again then bring to plate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Buy yourself some buttermilk pancake mix (in a box) , a teflon pan and some cooking spray!. Follow the direction to make batter and use a 1/2 cup ladle to pour onto hot greased pan!. Leave room around side to be able to run it!. Big bubbles start to form but don't worry this is normal!. It is time to flip it when it is solid on the raw side!. My favorite pancakes are made with bisquick (directions on back of box) and I add a overipe banana diced, a tsp!. of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla rum!. Almosy any fresh fruit is good in them as well as chocolate chips!. For a regualr bath I add 1/2 to 3/4 a cup of whatever!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Pancakes are easy! All you need is:
2 cups of plain flour or self raising flour (I like 1 cup of each)
1 egg
about 500ml of milk
Mix all of the above together in a bowl!. If it's lumpy, add a little more milk until the mixture is thick, but smooth and runny!. Then pour small amounts into a frying pan and watch for them to start bubbling on top!. When they start bubbling on top, flip them over with a spatula (or egg flip - same thing)!.

I find every single one of these answers annoying because they did not pay attention to the fact that YOU don't know how to make one!. Shame!
Many people weren't taught how to make things are easy but we were shown how to make them when we were young!.!.!.
You asked if it is hard to make!.!.!.NO!
Do you need a recipe!? NO, not really!.
You said "we" so we can assume there are at least 2 of you!. but since you don't already know how easy it is you didn't tell us how many people would be eating!.
A no recipe way to make pancakes - for one or two-- (you do not want left-overs!) is to put a 1/2 cup flour in a bowl and about a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and a few shakes of salt!.!.!.mix it up with a fork!.!.!.break an egg in the middle and gently break it up - kind of leaving the flour alone---add about a half cup of milk and go at it with the fork --- mix it all until there are no lumps!.!.!.this is your minimum pancake batter! Now I may add a dash of vanilla or a few shakes of nutmeg or cinnamon!.!.!.
To cook your batter!.!.!. Put your fry-pan (iron is great!) on your burner and heat it up until it is hot and then add a little butter---when it kinda foams ---add a spoonful of your batter and spread it a bit with the back of a spoon---don't touch the fat/butter!.!.!.and watch it rise---when you see tiny bubbles all across your cake turn it over!. If there aren't those bubbles all over and it is too brown underneath your heat is too high!.!.!.turn it down a bit and toss out the first one!.!.!.no biggy!. you can screw up a few times and just toss em out!.!.!.just add some more butter and/or oil if it looks a bit dry!.
When you figure it out!.!.!.you will never need a recipe again and will be a happy Sunday morning Breakfast cook!
Or !.!.!.get a "Joy of Cooking" cookbook and read the directions and learn what i learned from them over time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
