I cannot advise on how to prepare them, however I know there are different heat levels, and I believe different meat/veggie combinations!. I just had yellow curry with veggies, which is really good & on the sweet side!. I have previously had a "chicken curry soup" from my friends neighbor who was new from India, it was AWESOME! She included whole chicken legs, and the taste was immaculate!. I have never been able to find that taste, and I've been to many places!. Maybe try a specialized market, or hopefully someone else can help you here! Good luck & you are not alone in your qwest!Www@FoodAQ@Com
