Quick and Easy Microwave Chocolate Pudding
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
1!. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa and cornstarch!. Whisk in milk a little at a time so the mixture does not have any dry lumps!.
2!. Place in the microwave, and cook for 3 minutes on high!. Stir, then cook at 1 minute intervals, stirring between cooking times for 2 to 4 minutes, or until shiny and thick!. Stir in vanilla!.
3!. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming, and chill in the refrigerator!. Serve cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Look up any creme patisserie> pastry cream>recipe and then flavor it as needed

1) When I'm done making it I like to use a spatula or a wooden spoon and push the pastry cream thru a fine wire mesh strainer and into a mixing bowl that is sitting in an ice water bath,Doing that will guarantee that you have no lumps
2) this method has been known to leave a layer of scorched milk on the bottom of the pot!.Once you realize it's there leave it undisturbed by stirring to but still above the bottom!.Speaking of bottoms you will need to use a pot with a thick bottom to make your pastry cream

1 beaten egg
Mix all together, then beat with electric beaters until creamy!.
Pour batter into buttered pudding bowl
Pour 1 can fruit (with juice) over batter
