I dont have a recipe, but you can just improvise!.!.!.!.
Try using a 'wizzer' (not sure of their exact name, the little electric mixer things with the blades(like a 'magimix')
Put a handful of spinach in, 'wizz' it up with a drizzle of olive oil!. Put a handfull of cashew nuts in, give it another 'wizz' to the consistancy you like, i would probably do it a little bit chunky/crunshy!.!.!.!.!.salt and pepper!.!.!.!.Done!.
You could proably try it with chick peas too, and experiment and put olives or sundried tomato in with it!.
Would be nice with chicken salad :-)
Hope that helps,

Well, I've just browsed my favorite website for a good cold spinach dip, but nothing comes close to my favorite one that I make at home!. I'm not one to do measurements so I'm going to try and break it down for you:
I box frozen spinach, thawed and thorougly drained
8 oz!. cream cheese, room temperature
2 cloves fresh garlic
Black Pepper and a pinch of kosher salt
1 large roasted Red Peppers
I Vidalia Onion, small diced
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper and a small handful of Parmesan Cheese
Blend in Food Processor and adjust seasonings to your liking!.
Like I said, I've made this before for several functions, but have not measured out the exact ingredients, I'm sorry!. But, you can make this according to your specific tastes as well, adding whatever else you like and you can't really go wrong, unless you put Monkfish in it! Oh wait, that might be good! You get my drift!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I hope this gives you a basic recipe to start with and them improve upon it according to what you like!Www@FoodAQ@Com
