Question about nutrional facts?!
So before I go out to eat I like to look at the nutrional facts on the companies website to get an idea of what I want to eat!. Take a sub place for example, they will have the nutrional facts for the sub, and then nutrional facts for all that type of bread!. So would you add those 2 facts together to get a total, or would you assume the nutrional facts of the sub INCLUDE the bread in it!?

It would include the bread, but I'm sure if you read it carefully it will tell you which kind of bread, and what additions were included in the calculation!. Then if you want a different bread, figure out the difference between the one the sub is calculated with and the one you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
