How do you know when chicken is done?!
I have the problem of letting my chicken cook to long when i make my chicken enchiladas!. So how do you know when chicken is done when you are cooking it in a pan!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

thickness is important!.
1 inch thich, usually 4 min on each side
add aditional minute for every 1/2 inch after!.
also, it is good to get the pan super hot and then flash pan sear both sides, this will keep the juices inside while you finish cooking it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
