Answers:
1-2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup cooked rice
1 small onion diced
1 egg
mix well

4-5 peppers-green or red or orange or yellow

slice top off peppers
stuff peppers with mixture
set in glass pan pour over tomato sauce

I bake in oven 375 for approximately 1 hour
I've never made it in a microwave although you could not sure how long to cook

I also cook on top of stove in large pot cover with watery tomato sauce let simmer about an hour or till sauce is thick!.
you can add white potatoes cut in fours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chop meat mixed with cooked rice, parmesan cheese, a little of the marinara sauce you will pour over the peppers while cooking, some minced garlic and minced onion!. I never made it in microwave but Im sure you can judge each time you check them to see if pepper has softened!. I also cut my peppers in half then stuff them!. STUFFED PEPPERSWww@FoodAQ@Com

Stuffed Green Peppers
Makes 6 Stuffed Peppers

6 green peppers
1 pound finely shredded cheese
1 to 2 pounds ground beef
2 small cans tomato sauce
small onion finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees!. Brown ground beef and onion until completely cooked!. While meat is cooking, cut off the top of the green peppers and clean out the seeds and rinse the inside out with cold water!. (no need to save tops)!. It will help if bottom of peppers are square, so trim some of the bottom off, carefull not to cut off bottom completely!. Place peppers in a 13"x8"x2" baking dish!.(Glass works best)!. The measurements are approximate, but it does need to be at least 2" deep!. Drain and rinse ground beef with hot water to get rid of excess grease!. After this, put ground beef in a large bowl and mix in a can and a half of the tomato sauce!. If you really like cheese, you can add some to mixture (may need more cheese if you do this)!. Spoon mixture into peppers!. Fill each pepper until just below the top!. Don't worry if you have extra, you can put it on bottom of pan!. Sprinkle as much cheese as you want on top of each pepper!. With remaining half of sauce, fill the other half with water and pour in pan, this will keep the bottoms of the peppers from burning!. Bake for 30-40 minutes!.
