Ingredients (4 servings)
1/2 lb Ground beef, lean
2 1/2 Crackers, crushed
2 tb Onion, finely chopped
2 tb Celery, finely chopped
1/2 Egg (or yolk only)
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Oregano
3 Mushrooms, sliced
Pepperoni slices
1/2 md Tomato, sliced
2 tb Green pepper, chopped
1/4 ts Pepper, freshly ground
1/2 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 tb Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, celery, egg, sauce, spice and
mix well!.
Use an 8" tinfoil pieplate or similar small pan (regular ground beef may
need to be drained), pat beef mixture into a patty!. Scatter mushrooms,
pepperoni, tomato and green pepper over!. Sprinkle with pepper and top with
cheeses!.
Bake at 350F 20-25 min until meat is no longer pink!.

Spicy Barbecued Hamburger

1 lb!. ground beef
1 lg!. onion, chopped
1 lg!. green pepper, chopped
1 t!. sugar
2 T!. vinegar
2 t!. prepared mustard
1 t!. salt
3/4 c!. catsup
1/2 c!. water

Brown meat until crumbly!. Pour off excess
fat!. Add other ingredients; cover pan and
simmer 30 min!. Add more water, if needed!.
Makes 4 to 6 servings!.

Sour Cream and Onion Burgers


2 pounds ground beef
1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 sandwich buns
Lettuce, if desired

Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat!. Mix all ingredients except buns and lettuce!. Shape mixture into 8 patties, about 1/2 inch thick!.

Cover and grill patties 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 10 to 15 minutes, turning once, until patties are no longer pink in center and juice is clear!.

Serve with lettuce in buns!.

2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup Italian seasoned
bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
6 slices American cheese
6 onion rolls


Directions
1 Preheat oven to broil!.
2 In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, salt,
ground black pepper and basil; mix together well!. Then add
the bread crumbs, cheese and teriyaki sauce!. Mix this
together well and divide into 4 to 6 large, round balls!.
3 Place the hamburger balls onto a broiler pan, evenly
spaced!. Press down on each ball, either with your palm or with
a spatula, until a perfectly round patty is formed!.
4 Broil for 8 minutes, turn each patty over, and broil
for 8 minutes more!. (Note: The outside of each patty
should appear almost burnt!.)
5 Turn off heat and place cheese slices on each patty!.
When cheese is melted, remove from oven and serve on onion rolls!.





Chili Cheese Burgers

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
6 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
2 tablespoons green chili peppers, chopped
6 hamburger buns
Preheat barbecue grill!.
In a large mixing bowl mix together ground beef, finely chopped onion, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic salt, pepper, liquid hot pepper sauce!. Shape the mixture into thin patties, each about 3 1/2-inches in diameter!.
Divide sliced cheddar cheese and chopped green chili peppers over half the patties!. Top with the remaining patties sealing the edges firmly!.
Grill 4-inches from the heat, turning once, until done, about 10 to 15 minutes!. Serve on hamburger buns!.
Makes 6 servings!.








Zesty Burgers

1 lb!. ground beef

1/2 envelope (about 2 tsp!.) GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix

4 kaiser rolls, split

1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

4 lettuce leaves

12 thin red onion rings


MIX meat and salad dressing mix!. Shape into 4 patties!.

PLACE patties on greased grill over medium coals!. Grill 7 to 9 min!. on each side or until cooked through (160°F)!.

SPREAD cut sides of rolls evenly with dressing!. Fill with patties, lettuce and onions!.







ITALIAN BURGERS

A slice of Provolone cheese, a ring of pepperoncini and some roasted red pepper are a creative combination to topping the all-American hamburger!.

Preparation 15 min!.
Grilling 15 min!.

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
4 hamburger buns
4 (1-ounce) slices LAND O LAKES? Deli Provolone Cheese
8 rings pepperoncini
8 strips roasted red pepper

Instructions:

Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white!.

Meanwhile, shape ground beef into 4 (4-inch) patties!.

Place patties onto grill!. Grill, turning once, until cooked through (15 to 18 minutes)!.

To serve, place 1 burger on bottom half of bun; top with 1 slice cheese, 2 rings pepperoncini, 2 strips roasted red pepper and top half of bun!. Repeat with remaining ingredients!.

Buffalo Burgers

1 1/2 pounds ground buffalo
1/2 pound ground chuck
1 medium onion, finely chopped, about 1 cup
3 tablespoons sun-dried tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 hamburger buns, for serving

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high!.
Put the buffalo, chuck, onion, tomato paste, and liquid smoke in a large bowl and season generously with salt and pepper!. Mix everything together with your hands until it is well combined!.

Take about 1 cup (8 ounces) of the meat mixture and form it into patties with your hands or in a hamburger press!. When you have them all made, grill them, turning frequently, until cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes total!. (Alternately, cook them in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes!.) i dont eat these any more because im trying to eat healthier but the best cheeseburgers i ever make i make the burger patties and mix in with salt and pepper, and pregrilled onions, for the topping i use monterrery jack cheese, bacon, and avocadoWww@FoodAQ@Com
