Answers:
Do you have any cream cheese or sour cream!? Or shredded cheddar cheese!? If so, mash the potatoes with the skins on, mix in the cream cheese or sour cream, add the shredded cheddar - and if you have any bacon bits in the jar - add them for a little additional flavor!. Put in some of your green onions - diced!. That Italian blend cheese would work in place of the cheddar - mix it right in!. Then bake in the oven until bubbly!.

You could also make a layer of diced hot dogs, a layer of green beans (fresh/frozen/canned) if you have them and top with the potato mixture!. Bake until all is hot and bubbly!. Serve!. Could even do it in a skillet if your skillet handle can take the 350o heat of the oven!.

Mash the spuds, chop the onion & green pepper, mix all together with a little of the cheese!. Form into patties & fry in butter!.
Slice the dogs into thin rounds heat 'em any way you want!. I'd toss them into the pan you just took the potato patties out of!. Serve & enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
