Recipe help.?!
Ok!. I had a spaghetti dish that the guy told me was chicken spaghetti!. It did not have tomato sauce but was reaallly cheesy!. It was really good but I do not know how to make it!. Any info would be appreciated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are so many different kinds! This is one my mom and I make and it's very different from the others!. No peppers involved!. This a one that would be more like a cheesy, creamy, southern comfort food!. Enjoy! :)
*4-5 frozen skinless chicken breast
*Spaghetti noodles
*Half a large block of Velveeta cheese
*1 can cream of mushroom
*2 cans cream of chicken
*1 tablespoon Worchestire sauce
*1 teaspoon garlic powder/salt
*1/2 cup sour cream (optional), just makes it more creamy
*Salt and pepper to taste
-Cook and shred chicken breast
-Cook spaghetti noodles
-Mix all other ingredients in pot over medium heat until melted and creamy
-Stir wet mixture, spaghetti noodles, and shredded chicken in large bowl, pour mixture into sprayed casserole dish!. Top with grated cheese (we use cheddar and monteray jack mixture)
Bake at 350 until cheese is completely melted!.

* 1 pkg!. (12 oz!.) spaghetti
* 1 medium onion
* 1 bell pepper
* 1/4 cup butter
* 1 can original Ro*Tel tomatoes with green chilies
* 1 can (14 oz!.) stewed tomatoes
* 2 lb!. Velveeta, cubed
* 2 cups shredded Kraft Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation
Boil chicken in large pot until done (approx 30-45 minutes)!. Take chicken from water, cool and de-bone!. Tear chicken into bite size pieces!. Use remaining chicken-water to cook spaghetti according to package directions!. Drain spaghetti and pour back into pot!.
Dice onion and bell pepper and saute in butter in another pan!. Add Ro*Tel, stewed tomatoes and Velveeta chunks to spaghetti and stir over medium heat until cheese melts!. Add chicken, onions and peppers!.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish, and cover with mozzarella!. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until mozzarella melts!.
