What to do with frozen melon? Recipes?!


Question: What to do with frozen melon!? Recipes!?
I have a lot of ripe melons that I won't be able to eat before they go bad, so I am going to cut them up and freeze them!.!.!. but then what!?

What can I use my frozen honeydew, cantelope and havi (!?) melons for!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Watermelon Slushies!!
Ingredients:
3 cups diced watermelon
2 Tbs!. lime juice
1 Tbs!. sugar
1 cup crushed ice

(might not need the crushed ice as the watermelon is frozen!. depends on the consistency at the end)

Add a couple nips of vodka for alcoholic ones :)

But yeah, these can be made with any kind of frozen fruit!. Try mixing it up!

Sorbet

Blend them to a pulp!.!.!.and then add a whole lemon's worth of juice, and about three tbs of fine castor sugar!.
Put into a plastic container (about 2-3inches deep) and put in the freezer!.!.!.!.every hour or so take it out of threezer and crush it all up with a fork and mix it!.!.!.!.do this until it is thick!.!.!.!.
and there you have it!.!.!.Melon sorbet!.!.

is there whole i would cut in half and take out the seed then fill with you favourite flavour sobert then put in the freezer for anoth 30 - 40 mins then cut into wedges and you have a healthy snack!Www@FoodAQ@Com
