Grilled Tilapia, grilled Salmon, or grilled Mahi Mahi?!

Question: Grilled Tilapia, grilled Salmon, or grilled Mahi Mahi!?
Which one would you choose over the other two, and why!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Grilled Mahi Mahi would be my first choice, then Grilled Tilapia (but topped with a mango salsa), and then Grilled Salmon with a nice dill sauce!. I find the texture of the first two is nicer than SalmonWww@FoodAQ@Com

It depends what factors you're looking at!. All are healthy, lean protein choices, with salmon topping the list with its heart-heathy Omega-3s!. If cost is a factor, tilapia is the most affordable, but it is the most delicate and tends to fall apart on the grill and in stir-fry dishes!. All are easy to prepare and taste great with a variety of different spices!. I prefer the two white fishes over salmon for Mexican dishes, like fish tacos, but all three kinds of fish taste great with Cajun spices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's a toss up between Tilapia and Salmon!. I guess it depends on if you want something heavy or light!. Salmon is super good for you!. Lots of Omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients!.

Yeah!. Go for the salmon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mahi Mahi!.!.!. it's just a better fish!. Salmon is too, "salmony"!.!.!. tilapia is very bland but bugs me because it seems to break apart easier!.!.!. mahi mahi is DELICIOUS and just out of those three is the best one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tilapia falls apart on the grill unless you watch it carefully, Salmon needs its skin pulled off ( what a pain in the a**), Mahi Mahi cooks itself and tastes good too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mahi mahi is very easy to grill and tasty!. It's also a nice light taste for a wonderful summer outdoor meal!. I like to grill salmon if it's very fresh!.!.!.and with dill sauce! Yum :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tiliapia I dont like whenever u season it doesnt taste right a lil to salty!. Salmon I love it cause u can do different things!. Mahi Mahi is sweet n flaky real goodWww@FoodAQ@Com

Dolphin and Salmon because they have actual flavor and are heartier!. I find Tilapia to be tasteless!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
