Would putting chopped garlic on my venison burgers ruin them? & (cooking them with it on)?!
they are already spiced with (as manufactured) red onion 4%, salt, cracked black pepper & cayenne pepper!. would the garlic overwhelm them!? thanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

The addition of garlic topping your burgers should not harm them while cooking!. I would recommend that you use a light sprinkling of garlic powder instead of fresh minced garlic if you are using a grill!.
The pieces of minced or chopped garlic will burn and get stuck in your grilling grates!. Your burger would have pieces of burnt garlic on it!.

How about roasting some garlic and spreading that on them or the bread when they are cooked!. The flavor will be milder and not overwhelm the venison flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
