EASY BEEF ENCHILADAS

1 Lb!. ground beef
1 (19-oz!.) or 2 (10-oz!.) cans Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce
3 cups shredded cheese
1 (12-ct!.) pkg!. Ole El Paso Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos &
Fajitas

Heat oven to 375*F!. Brown ground beef over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain!. Stir in 3/4 cup Enchilada sauce and 1 1/2 cup cheese!. Spoon enchilada filling onto tortillas; roll-up and place seam-side down in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish!. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with remaining cheese!. Bake at 375*F for 15 to 20 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, please dint use an "Enchilada Kit" here's an easy Green Chicken Enchilada recipe!.

1!. Shredded Chicken
2!. Buy Green Chicken Enchilada salsa it comes in a can at most supermarkets ( Use the "La Victoria Salsa Para Enchiladas" its actually very good and not too strong, but if you do want it stronger chop a small Serrano Chile and simmer with salsa!.)
3!. 1 Onion (optional)
4!. Corn Tortillas

Warm the salsa in a saucepan!. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet!. One at a time, Warm then fry the tortillas for a few seconds to soften!. Place on a towel to drain!. When done, dip each tortilla in the warm salsa!. In the middle, place some chicken, onion, and white onion!. Roll up and place on plate or in baking dish!. When completely done, cover enchiladas with remaining salsa, then sprinkle on crumbled cheese, (You can even take a small slice of avocado and place on top for added flavor and presentation, but definitely your preference)!. My moms recipe:
Shredded chicken
Tomato sauce
Tortillas
Monterey jack cheese
Salt
Oil

Directions:
Heat a skillet and pour some oil on to it!.
Get a tortilla and put it in the skillet, leave it on for 1 minute and turn it over -- take it out!. Get the shredded chicken, add some salt to it and put some chicken in the tortilla, wrap it and then add some tomatoe sauce on the tortilla and then grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top!.
Put the echilada inside the oven on a surface!.
Wait until golden brown and when the cheese melts!.

you need chicken, onion, cheese, corn tortillas!. jalepenos, enchilada sauce, olives, sour cream, shredded lettuce

1!. cook the chicken on the stove with chopped onions!. when its done mix the chicken, cheese and jalepenos in a bowl!.

2!. heat the tortillas in the oven to soften them!.

3!. spread bottom of pan with sauce!.

4!. roll the chicken mixture in each tortilla place them in pan

5!. cover it sauce and cheese cover in foil and bake!.

6!. serve with olives, sour cream, and lettuce

Enchiladas are more of a New Mexican dish than Mexican, and I'm sorry to say there is no easy way to make it!. If you want a recipe I would also ask you to specify if you wanted Chicken, Ground Beef, Shreded Beef, or Cheese!. And if you wanted Red or Green chilie!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

buy an enchilada kit, meat and cheese from the supermarket, follow kit instructions which is pretty much cook meat add sauce!. fill tortillas with the meat, wrap and put in baking dish, spoon more sauce over top, sprinkle cheese and bake!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
