loox like a cottage pie to meWww@FoodAQ@Com

First you make a gorgeous sauce with the mince + plum tomatoes + chopped tinned carrots + oxo cube + seasoning + garlic (shame you have no onions, but maybe a neighbour could help out!.!.!.!?)

Now you are going to divide this between today and tomorrow! One day you serve with pasta and a fresh cabbage coleslaw (just shred/grate half the cabbage add to a mix of spoon of mayo, dash each of oil and vinegar (to thin it) and seasoning)!. You may as well shred it all now and put half in a plastic bag in the fridge until tomorrow!.

Day 2: you make the batter mixture up and cook it into pancakes!. Divide the mince between them and roll up!. Place in a dish and sprinkle grated cheese over!. Put in the oven to heat until piping hot and and browned!. Serve with some mixed veg or the other half of the cabbage, hot this time!.!.!. Slice (shred) really finely into a pan and pour boiling water over with a pinch of salt!. Boil a couple of minutes then drain!. Put a knob of butter, loads of ground pepper, pinch of ground caraway or cumin and a goodly dash of balsamic vinegar in and toss to cover all in the "vinegar sauce"!.

Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
