Answers:
Are you using the worcestershire for beef!? If so, you might try substituting:

1!. BBQ sauce
2!. A-1 sauce
3!. 1/2 cup beef broth mixed with 1 T soy sauce, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp beau monde or bon appetit seasoning, 1/8 tsp celery salt, 1/8 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I do things which call for worchestershire sauce I use a mixture of juniper berry and soy sauce!. That is when I'm using it in vegetarian recipes!. But if your looking for a quick substitute I doubt you have juniper berry on hand!.
If you want the fishy taste a soy sauce and fish sauce mix in equal parts works good according to my husband!. Well, he said that's as close as you can get (he doesn't believe in substituting worchestershire!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, its made out of molasses, soy sauce, garlic, onion, and anchovies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on the taste you're going for, because there isn't anything just like Worcestershire sauce you could use!.

You might try soy sauce or oyster sauceWww@FoodAQ@Com
