Surprisingly enough a real cheap chuck! Look for the steak when the butcher in your local market puts them out! Grab the one with the best marbeling! Not the extra fat left on the sides! Cut off the extra fat and cook like the more expensive cuts!! If there is al ot of gristle cut the steak into smaller pieces and remove the gristle before cooking! Chuck has a lot of great taste and is great when you get it at the right time!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Top Sirloin or Porterhouse!. I used to have it rare, but I prefer it medium rare now!. I have never understood the appeal of T-bones though is it because it's marbled or something!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
