Homemade Famous Mango Milkshake
Ingredients
6 fresh alphonso mangoes, peeled and diced into small pieces
5 teaspoons sugar, to taste
250 ml milk, cold
Directions
1!.Put the diced mangoes in a large mixing bowl!.
2!.Add sugar!.
3!.Using an electric beater, beat well until the mango pieces break and become mushy!.
4!.Beat really well!
5!.Then add cold milk, a little at a time!.
6!.Beat well again until not even a tiny piece of mango remains -- You will get an aromatic mango smell emanating from the mixing bowl and a beautiful thick milkshake!.
7!.Add some freshly grated coconut for a nice variation (optional)!.

Use lofat yogurt if you are trying to cut down on calories and forget about the ice cream and whole milk (milk should be 2%, 1% fat, or no fat)!. This won't taste great, but will remind you of what you once enjoyed putting on all of those extra pounds!.
