Question: Is this a healthy salad; Romanion lettuce, grilled chicken(no sauce), with olive oil and balsamic vinegar!?
Answers:
Yep!. I'd add a bit of crushed garlic, tomato and red onion as well though otherwise will be a little boring!. Olive oil is good for you!. You could use lemon juice instead of the vinegar as well for a little extra vit C!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rialisi's salad sounds good!. DO be aware that an oil-free diet is highly unhealthy!. Moderate amounts of healthier oils will maintain the integrity of your largest organ (ie, skin) and the maximum functioning level of your brain cells!.

Romaine!.

On the chicken, if it isn't free range (athletic, lean), chunk off the little yellow fat blobs before cooking!. Blobby fat is not healthy!. Your salad really does sound boring!. Healthy food isn't!. Again, rialisi's recipe sounds good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, it is a healthy salad!.

Grilled chicken is nutritious!.

I personally would do just the balsamic vinegar instead of adding oil!. Gives it a sharper flavor!. I would also try adding olives, cucumber, carrots, tomato, and fat-free feta cheese!. Romain lettuce + chicken = booooring!Www@FoodAQ@Com

In addition to Romaine lettuce, add tomatoes, Vidalia onion, carrots, olives, chickpeas, cucumbers
Sprinkle balsamic vinegar like a philosopher(just a little) ;olive oil like a spendthrift (be generous)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, but if you are like me and don't like the texture of the oil, just use the balsamic!. I would also add a little seasoning just for flavour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sure, but it would be more healthy (and a lot more tasty) if you added some veggies!. Tomatoes, onoins, bell peppers, cucumbers, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes!.!.!. a few other fresh veggies would boost the vitamin/mineral content, though (carrots, squash, zucchinie, cabbage shreds, etc!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It would be healthier if you used salad spritzer instead of oil and vinegar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
