Answers:
Yes, lasagna is considered a casserole!. A casserole is a combination of ingredients that would cook together in the oven (It is NOT a stew or soup)!.!.!.!. usually contains some binders (like cream soup) and some protein (although there are just veggie casseroles, too), and very often contains cheese!. Sort of a 1-dish meal, although salads usually complement casseroles very well!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A casserole is a food that is baked!. You can add any ingredients in it that you want too!. One of my favorites is shredded chicken, hash browns, onion, shredded cheese all mixed in cream of chicken soup, then poured into a casserole dish and baked!. Before it is completely done, take out of the oven, put crushed potato chips on top, then put back into the oven and bake until the potato chip topping is nice and brown!. It's delicious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, Lasagna is a casserole and so is chicken pot pie!.

Casserole has come to mean putting a variety of food ingredients into one dish and baking it for a time in the oven!. Casseroles can be served as a main course or side dish!. They can be served for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner!.
