I'm having 2 bbq 3 weeks apart what can I do differently in w/ second bbq?!

I think people forget that a BBQ doesn't have to be potato salad, beans, chips, fruit salad, hot dogs and hamburgers!.!.there is so much you can do!!
You can have a Mediterranean themed BBQ!.
Grill some lemon chicken kabobs and some ground lamb burgers!. Make a quick cucumber sauce, yogurt sauce with dill and feta, that can be used for both the burger and the kabobs!.
Then have an easy greek salad to go with!. Tomatoes, feta, olives, pasta, oregano, lemon, salt, pepper, red onions, cucumbers and olive oil!. Then get some pita bread or flat bread, brush it with olive oil and grill it!. Get some store bought hummus, olives, feta, onions and basil!.!.!.put the flat bread on a platter with all those things and you have a feast!
Or!.!.!.!.you can go southern!.!.!.wrap up a big roast in foil, slow cook it on the grill for hours, then shred it and pour BBQ sauce all over it!. Serve it with buns!. You can make that ahead of time, but when guests come over throw some chicken drumsticks and thighs on the grill to give variety and so the grill is going!. Serve that with creamy mac salad, a yummy green salad with a buttermilk dressing and cornbread!
OR!.!.!.you can grill pizzas!.!.!.get some pizza dough at the store!.!.!.roll out individiual pizzas for each guest and have them top them!. Then grill them!.!.!.serve with wine and beer!. REALLY YUMMY

Boneless breast of chicken
Variety of sliced vegetables (i!.e!. potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, onions)
1 ft!. sheet of aluminium foil
Step 1: Coat a 1 foot sheet of aluminium foil with olive oil!.
Step 2: Place breast of chicken at centre of foil!.
Step 3: Surround chicken with vegetables (add desired spices if desired)!.
Step 4: Form an aluminium pocket by crimping edges and folding ends over to seal the pocket!.
Step 5: Place pocket on barbeque grill at medium to low heat for 30 minutes!.
Step 6: Remove from grill, opening pocket carefully to allow steam to escape!.
Step 7: May be eaten from pocket or served on dish!.
Alternatively they could be baked in the oven!.
At the second BBQ use fish fillets and do the same thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy a generous amount of Pork Spare Ribs!.
Into a large pot put:
* salt
* sugar
* cayenne powder to taste (be brave)
* celery + carrot + onion + garlic
* mustard powder or French's yellow mustard (generous amount)
* water to cover the ribs
(do season to the heavy side, since you want to keep the meat juice inside the meat)
bring to boil, let boiling for about 15 minutes!. Heat off, leave it alone to cool; or move the ribs to a tray to cool, while doing the second batch!.
(the above can be done the day before, cover and keep inside the refrigerator)!.
grill on high heat 3 - 4 minutes per side, only for the browning & favor since the ribs are cooked; and about to fall off the bones!.
Baste once or twice with Cattleman's BBQ sauce; and serve with the same sauce, if so desired!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
