1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
Salt and pepper
1 (8-ounce) container plain yogurt
2 cups finely ground, toasted bread crumbs
Olive oil or pan coating

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F!. Season chicken with salt and pepper!. Pour yogurt into a shallow dish or plate!. Pour bread crumbs into a separate shallow dish or plate!. Dredge chicken through yogurt, shake off excess, place in crumbs, and coat all over!. Gently shake off excess crumbs!. Spray a large non-stick pan with olive oil or pan coating!. Place tenders on the pan and bake for 6 minutes!. Turn tenders over and bake another 6 minutes, or until tenders are crisp and cooked through!.

Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:
2 Tbs!. canola oil

1 lb!. beef tenderloin, cut into strips 2 inches
long and 1/2 inch wide---- you can also use chicken
1 orange bell pepper, seeded and cut
into 1-inch pieces
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut
into 1-inch pieces
1/4 lb!. snow peas
1/3 cup Soy Sauce


Directions:
In a large stir-fry pan or wok over medium-high heat, warm the oil!. Add the beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 3 minutes!. Add the orange and red bell peppers and the snow peas and cook until the peppers are just tender and the snow peas are bright green, about 1 minute!. Stir in the sauce, cook for about 30 seconds more and transfer to a platter!. Serve immediately!. Serves 4!.

CHICKEN DIVAN FOR TWO

2 sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1/2 to 3/4 lb each)
1 cup instant rice
1 can (10 3/4 oz!.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 ice cubes
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, or grill to medium-high!.

Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil!.

Combine rice, soup and water; spoon over chicken!. Arrange broccoli and mushrooms on top of chicken and rice mixture!. Top with ice cubes!.

Bring up foil sides!. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside!. Repeat to make two packets!.

Bake 24 to 26 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 14 to 16 minutes in covered grill!. Sprinkle with cheese before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a recipe for fried rice!. Here is the recipe!. Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper, to taste
5 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil for frying, or as needed
1 - 2 Chinese sausages, diced (I used 2)
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup frozen peas
4 cups leftover cooked rice
1 teaspoon oyster sauce, or to taste (I used 1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Extra salt and pepper to taste, optional
1 green onion,finely chopped Preparation:
Beat the eggs in a small bowl with the salt and pepper!.
Heat a wok or frying pan and add 2 tablespoons oil!. When the oil is hot, add the eggs!. Cook, stirring, on medium heat, until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry!. Remove the eggs and clean out the pan!.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in the pan or wok!. When the oil is hot, add the minced ginger!. Stir-fry for a few seconds, then add the Chinese sausage!. Stir-fry the sausage for a minute, then add the shredded carrot and the green peas!. Stir-fry for up to 2 more minutes and remove from the pan!. Clean out the pan!.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in the wok!. Reduce the heat to medium and add the rice, stirring with chopsticks to break up any clumps!. Stir in the remainder of the soy sauce and oyster sauce!. Season with salt and pepper if desired!. Add the sausage and vegetables back into the pan!. Stir in the scrambled egg!. Heat through and stir in the green onion if using!. Serve hot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 1 pound bulk pork sausage
* 1 medium onion, chopped

* 1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
* 1 (8 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
* 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
* 1 teaspoon rubbed sage

If you haven't had wild rice!.!.!.try it!.!.!.I take about a tablespoon of butter and saute the rice first!.!.!.brings out a real "nutty" flavor and makes the house smell WONDERFUL! Should only saute for about 5 minutes, then add your water, cover and let cook!. Make this for your parents!.!.!.they will have you cookin' all the time! My favorite to make with this is chicken!. Take boneless skinless chicken breast!. Season with thyme, a little salt and pepper and bake in a oven (350 until juices run clear)!. You might have to cover dish with aluminum foil if it looks like chicken is gettin dry or over cooked!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
