What was the recipe for the french upside down Plum pie Paula Deen made on one of her shows this week?!

Question: What was the recipe for the french upside down Plum pie Paula Deen made on one of her shows this week!?
I tried to look it up on Foodnetwork and Google didn't help either!.
The recipe was to cut up a couple plums, make a simple caramel and then I can't remember any more how she made the dough!.
Did anyone record the show or write the recipe down!?

Thanks !!Www@FoodAQ@Com
