Tin fruit or fresh fruit - Which is the best?!
Answers:
both but if using tinned fruit I prefer the ones in natural juices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Obviously it's purely up to individual tastes, but for me, I'll only get canned if fresh isn't available!. There's no comparison in my view!. Though as some have said, for quick cooked desserts, canned may be quicker!.
As for supermarket fruit being two years old or so, that's ridiculous!. Most fruit would only be a few days old, at most weeks old for long keeping fruit such as apples!. Some wax isn't going to keep fruit for years!. :PWww@FoodAQ@Com

Fresh - providing it IS fresh (bearing in mind that most supermarket fruit is probably a couple of years old and has been stored and is covered in wax)!. Buy local in season fruit and veg!. Otherwise to be honest, frozen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Both in their own ways, Fresh obviously for vitamins and nutrients, tinned for convenience e in cooking and super quick dessertsWww@FoodAQ@Com
Both - depends on if I'm eating it raw or want a load for a trifle or other pudding in which case it's tinned !Www@FoodAQ@Com
