Answers:
I like to brown the roast first on the stove top!. It is best to do it in a pan that you can also put in the oven!. If not, brown it in a skillet with a little oil, just long enough to put a little brown on the top and bottom!. Put it in a baking pan or roaster with a lid!. Add a little water to the skillet you browned it in and add that liquid to it with a little water!. Don't let it dry out while it bakes!.
A pork roast is better if you bake it on a low heat, 250 or 275 degrees for several hours!. Maybe 4 or 5 hrs!.
If you like sauerkraut, it is good baked with the roast for the last hour or so!. Put a few potatoes in the oven and you have a whole meal!.
If you roast your pork long and slow, it should just fall apart and be moist and tender!. The left overs make great sandwiches, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

preheat oven to 350!. rub roast with your favorite spice rub or some garlic and rosemary etc!. Sear in frying pan on all side for a few minutes until slightly browned then put roast in oven for about 30 mins for a 3 lb roast!.!.!.

You could also stuff it!. One of my favs is to cut it in the center to roll it out for stuffing, then put some red pepper pesto, proxcuito, basil and smoked gouda in the middle then rool it up and sear it in a frying pan first then bake about 30 mins!.

Important: use a thermometer to make sure its cooked through, raw pork is very bad :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Brown it in a skillet with a bit of oil, on top of stove!. Make four or five shallow slits on top and bottom of roast and insert bay leaves for flavor!. Salt and pepper!. Put in roasting pan with cover on low heat and cook in oven till it's like you want it!. Baste from time to time in the juice that comes from the roast!. Remember meat keeps cooking up to 30 minutes after it's taken out of the ovenWww@FoodAQ@Com

I marinade it in some Italian dressing and garlic for about an hour (also I punch holes in it with a fork) and then bake it in a 350 oven for about 45 minutes along with roasted potatoes that have parmesan cheese and garlic powder on them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
