Banana pudding cake, its actually really delicious & moist!. Ive made it For my family & friends at get togethers!.
what you need ?
1!. 1 (18!.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2!. 1 (3!.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
3!. 4 eggs
4!. 1 cup water
5!. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
6!. 3/4 cup mashed bananas
7!. 2 cups confectioners' sugar
8!. 2 tablespoons milk
9!. 1 dash vanilla extract
10!. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions ?
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan!.
2!. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix!. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, water, oil and mashed banana!. Beat on low speed until blended!. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed!. Pour batter into prepared pan!.
3!. Bake in a preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until cake tests done!. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely!.
4!. To make glaze: In a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla!. Whisk until smooth and of a drizzling consistency!. When cake is cooled, drizzle icing over cake with a zigzag motion!. Sprinkle chopped nuts over wet icing if desired!.

2 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour, sifted before measuring
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 egg yolks, beaten
6 tablespoons buttermilk or sour milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped raisins
4 egg whites, beaten
Preparation:
Cream shortening and sugar!. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl!. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with egg yolks and buttermilk!. Stir in vanilla, mashed bananas, and chopped pecans!. Fold in beaten egg whites!. Spoon batter into a greased and floured tube pan; bake banana cake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours!.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream!. If desired, drizzle cake with glaze or frost when cooled!.

Gradually beat in powdered sugar with electric mixer!. Continue beating until spreading consistency; add vanilla and blend well!.
