Low Altitude and High altitude baking??!
I bake the best banana bread muffins!. Its kinda like my own lil recipe!.!.!.but it just doesnt work when I go to florida!. I usually bake them in Arizona up in the high altitude mountains and they turn out perfectly bready!. But when i bake them in Florida they turn out all mushy and gewy in the middle!. WHAT IS THE RULE FOR LOW / HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING!?!? WHAT CHANGES IN THE RECIPE FOR BANANA BREAD MUFFINS!?!? thanks guys!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
increase your leavening agent and decrease your baking time!. remember Florida is extremely humid so you may also may need to decrease your liquid you use!. i don't know for sure because i don't have the recipe to look at with approximate quantities at least to help you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
