do u know of any yummy recipes that r so easy to make a 14 year old could do it!? my mom is making me cook dinner for the family one night a week and i've already done everything i can think of!. there r 4 of us, so it would have to be enough for four people!. if u could give me a link to a website with some, or just give me one of ur recipes, that would great!. thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheese and Garlic Biscuits
2 ? cups Bisquick baking mix
? cup cold milk
4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick)
? teaspoon garlic powder
1 ? cups grated cheddar cheese
Bush on Top:
2 tablespoons butter, melted
? teaspoon dried parsley flakes
? teaspoon garlic powder
pinch salt
Directions:
1!. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees!.
2!. Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork!. You don't want to mix too thoroughly!. There should be small chunks of butter in there that are about the size of peas!. Add cheddar cheese, milk, and ? teaspoon garlic!. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix!.
3!. Drop approximately ?-cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop!.
4!. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown!.
5!. When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt 2 tablespoons butter is a small bowl in your microwave!. Stir in ? teaspoon garlic powder and the dried parsley flakes!. Use a brush to spread this garlic butter over the tops of all the biscuits!. Use up all of the butter!. Makes one dozen biscuits!.
Parmesan Herb Muffins
? 2 cups unbleached flour
? 1 tablespoon sugar
? 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
? 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
? 1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves, crumbled
? 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
? 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
? 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
? 1/4 cup butter, melted
? 1 large egg
Heat oven to 400 degrees F!. Grease bottoms of 12 muffin-pan cups or line with paper baking cups!. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off!.
In large bowl, combine flour sugar, baking powder, baking soda, sage, parsley and cheese, blend well!. Add butter/sour milk, margarine and egg; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened!. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3rds full!.
Bake at 400 degrees F!. for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!.
Serve hot!.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare muffin batter as directed above!. Using 6 cup microwave-safe muffin pan, line each with 2 paper baking cups to absorb moisture during baking!. Fill cups 1/2 full!. Sprinkle top of each muffin with cornflake crumbs!. Microwave 6 muffins on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, rotating pan 1/2 turn halfway through baking!. Remove muffins from pan and immediately discard outer baking cups!.
Cool 1 minute on wire rack before serving!.
