I am trying to find an old egg recipie?!
When I was little it was called an egg volcano or eggs volcanic!.!.!.somthing along those lines!. What it was was baking the egg white until they rose (like a volcano) then adding the yolks which then overflowed the whites as it cooked!. Does anyone know what I am talking about here!? lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

I remember this recipe that was made in our home - Separate the yolks from the whites- In a clean real dry glass bowl Whip up egg whites till it stands out in peaks- In a non stick pan DEEP pan add a teaspoon of butter (first spray it with Pam), gently lower the whipped egg whites, sprinkle salt to taste, let it cook on very low heat for 1 minute or 2, then drop the whole yolks in the center- Cover the pan for 2 minutes ( do not let the cover touch the fluffed up egg whites)!.
They will be cooked yet you will have the Volcano effect! Serve immediately and enjoy them immediately
