Bake your cookie cake in a foil-lined pan at 325 until the edges are set and the middle is still a little soft!. Let it sit until completely cool, then use the foil to remove it from the pan and peel the foil off!. Then decorate it!.

3/4 cup brown sugar, either light or dark, firmly packed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 jars (3-1/2 oz!. each) salted Macadamia nuts, chopped
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup vanilla chips
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F!. Grease baking sheets,or spray with non-stick spray!.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together; set aside!.
In large mixer bowl, combine first 5 ingredients!. Beat at medium speed until well mixed!.
Add flour mixture slowly until well incorporated!.
By hand, stir in the remaining ingredients!.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto prepared baking sheets!.
*Bake for 9-13 minutes, or until lightly browned!. Cool a couple of minutes before removing from pan, and placing on a wire rack to cool
