Getting my protein sources from Tuna, Whey protein, And egg whites?!

Question: Getting my protein sources from Tuna, Whey protein, And egg whites!?
usually eat chicken, turkey, beef, salmon along with tuna, whey, and egg whites as my sources for protein, but due to work don't have time to cook that much!. for a month Is it alright for me to eat just tuna, egg whites, and protein powder/protein bars as my sources for protein!. Off course im going to eat the healthy fats and complex carbs along with these protein sources!.

It is really that big a deal if I don't eat chicken, salmon, beef for a while, do I really need a large variety of protein sourcesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
That should be fine except you may get bored with the varieties-
Try Whey and Soy protein powder mix with milk for breakfast; and protein cereal, muffins etc!.
Add chicken that are cooked to avoid overdoing tuna, some even comes in a can for convenienceWww@FoodAQ@Com

Beans would be a good protein source and fiber, too!.

Here a recipe I make up and its quick!.

Tasty, High fiber, black beans and brown rice

can of S&W Caribbean Black beans (has Red Bell Pepper, Anaheim Chili Peppers,Diced Onion & Lime, Juice in Caribbean Sauce)
can of mexican stewed tomatoes (has green pepper and onion)
chili paste (tablespoon of Huy Fong Sambal Oelek, Chili Paste)
Uncle Ben's Brown Rice (Microwave in bag)

Drain juice from cans and add 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch, mix

Cook beans, tomatoes till bubbling!. If you would like it thicker and more sauce, add cornstarch mixture, stir till the sauce comes out clear!.

Meanwhile, microwave brown rice for 90 seconds!. Place beans mixture on top or mix together!. This makes 2 servings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The amount of protein you take in each day depends on your individual needs!. If you are going to the gym 3-4 times a week and are doing a hard workout, you will definitely need more protein than if you have a desk job and don't move around much!. Protein makes muscle but too much can cause fat build up because of excess that you don't really need!.
