Answers:
I can't believe all the people who suggested making things with the ingredients you specifically said you didn't have!.

Here are a couple of ideas:

What kind of lunch meat do you have (if any) Lay some lunch meat I would pick ham and roll the pancakes up!.

Do you have hot dogs!? Roll the pancake around the dogs!.

Make galzed carrots!. Peel and slice the carrots and boil just until crisp tender!. Drain and put back in the pan!. Add some butter, brown sugar and a small drizzle of maple syrup if you have it!. Serve on the side of the pancakes or on top of the pancakes with lunch meat (I don't know if that would e anygood or not)

Do you have frozen, fresh or canned vaggies!. Thaw, drain, or cook teh veggie until tender!. Add them into the pancke mix and make up some gravy and serve gravy over the pancakes instead of syrup!. (I'm reachin here I know)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's how to make pancakes without eggs:

Vegan Pancakes

Take 7oz of plain flour and a tiny pinch of salt and sift into a bowl!. Make a well in the centre and add two teaspoons of vegetable oil and some water!. Stir and add more water until you have the consistency of pouring cream!. It's impossible to state how much water is needed - just keep adding,

Let this batter stand for at least half an hour and then make pancakes in your normal way!. I just cover the base of a hot frying pan sprayed with Fry Light oil and cook on both sides for a minute or two each and then serve with lemon juice and sugar or whatever people like!.

My non-vegans like these very light pancakes too and they are very useful when you have run out of eggs and/or milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wow! Cowgirl can cook!

As to potato pancakes!.!.!.just for fun try making them sometime - they are not what you think!. Grate a raw potato and half of an onion (I like yellow ones), whip and add an egg, fry, pour applesauce over it and serve!. (It's been, um 40 years since I made them and - I am not certain about the egg, but it seems to make sense!. It's very simple and totally counterintuitive if you're used to the American breakfast!. Latkes (potato pancakes) are generally served with applesauce and a chop of some kind, maybe a green vegetable on the side!.

also - Cowgirl mentioned meat!. We used to fry bologna!. Or sliced hotdogs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you have any type of fruit!? fresh of canned!? you can top them with that and also you can make banana pancakes and you can also make whipped cream with milk and powered sugar just mix with a mixer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

YOu need bacon, eggs, fried chicken (see recipe) and some dessert:

Southern Fried Chicken

House Seasoning:
1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder

Southern Fried Chicken:
4 eggs
1/3 cup water
1 cup hot red pepper sauce
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon pepper
House Seasoning
2 1/2-pound chicken, cut into pieces
Oil, for frying, preferably peanut oil

To make the House Seasoning, mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months!.

In a medium size bowl, beat the eggs with the water!. Add enough hot sauce so the egg mixture is bright orange!. In another bowl, combine the flour and pepper!. Season the chicken with the House Seasoning!. Dip the seasoned chicken in the egg, and then coat well in the flour mixture!.
Heat the oil to 350 degrees F in a deep pot!. Do not fill the pot more than 1/2 full with oil!.

Fry the chicken in the oil until brown and crisp!. Dark meat takes longer than white meat!. It should take dark meat about 13 to 14 minutes, white meat around 8 to 10 minutes!.
---------
Red Velvet Cake

For the Red Velvet Cake:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (recommended: White Lily)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups canola oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 (1-ounce) bottle red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
For the cream cheese frosting:
1/2 cup margarine
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped lightly toasted pecans
For the Red Velvet Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!. Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) round layer cake pans!.
Sift flour, baking soda and coco together!. Beat sugar and eggs together in a large bowl!.
In a separate bowl mix together oil, vinegar, food coloring, and vanilla!. Add to the bowl of eggs and sugar and beat until combined!.
Add the flour mixture and the buttermilk to the wet mixture by alternating the buttermilk and dry ingredients!. Always start with the flour and end with the flour!.
Pour batter into pans!. Tap them on the table to level out the batter and release air bubbles!. Bake for 25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted near the middle comes out clean but be careful not to over bake or you'll end up with a dry cake!.
Let layers cool on a wire rack for about 10 minutes before turning out of pan!. Cool completely before frosting!.
For the cream cheese frosting:
This is the "official" cream cheese frosting recipe but we always use about 1 1/2 recipes on each cake to cover it well!.
Let margarine and cream cheese soften to room temperature!. Cream well!. Add sugar and beat until mixed but not so much that the frosting becomes "loose"!. Add vanilla and nuts!. Spread between layers and on top and sides of cake!.
