FOR ONE LB OF PASTA
1 lb of ap flour
4 eggs
pinch salt
2-3 tbsp water if needed


you put the flour into a bowl and push the flour to the side making a well!.
pour the whisked eggs and salt into the well!.
gently mix the flour into the middle to forms a ball!.
knead it til gets slightly hard to touch
lets sit in plastic bag for about 30-45min!.
roll out and cut using pasta machine and cook till done and shinyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Cook boneless skinless chicken breasts in a skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat!. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth!. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce!. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes!. Meanwhile, cook some spaghetti following directions on the box!. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta!. Bagged salad and some Italian bread complete the meal!. I like making a pasta casserole!. Make noodles and put them in a baking dish!. Then cook some type of meat on the stove top (chicken, ground beef, sausage, whatever) and you may want to season it with garlic salt or spices!. Then add the meant to the noodles!. Mix it all with tomato sauce and maybe some type of cheese and some canned green beans or corn and bake at like 375 for 25 minutes!. Its pretty good for a throw together casserole!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go tradition spaghetti with tomato sauce its always a winner an its simple an if you have questions find an old Italian lady they love that stuff!. along with some garlic bread(make shore to broil)Www@FoodAQ@Com
