Beef Tomatoes?!

Question: Beef Tomatoes!?
I'm planning on stuffing some beef tomatoes with some savoury quorn mince and was wondering what the best way to cook them would be!. Do I cook the tomatoes first before stuffing them or just stuff them and cook them in the oven!?
Advice please! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
No need Chocs - just make up the stuffing, pop them in a fairly hot oven for 20 minutes and they will cook through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just take off the top!.
Scoop out the centre!.
Stuff with filling!.
Pop in a medium oven- gas 5 (sorry don't know electric) for 20-25 mins!.
Test they are warmedthrough!.

Checked with my Mrs as she does them a lot & she says no need, just stuff & pop in the oven also she says to use low heat & slow bake them & have to agree tastes mighty good to me
