Cheesecake pan bottom?!
I have a cheesecake bottom stuck in a pot how can i get it out!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
Try putting the pot in hot water, and putting some ice on the cheesecake pan!.
The heat will expand the pot, while the ice contracts the other part!. Be ready to insert a sharp knife between the two to pry it out!.
This is a good trick for anything that gets stuck together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hot water on the bottom of the pan should do the trick to loosen the crust, a well sprayed pan will eliminate the problem the next time!. Once you get it loose, it probably won't look very pretty!. :)
If you don't have a springform pan, next time you are making a cheesecake, line the bottom of your pan with cling wrap (for the unbaked kind) or aluminum foil (for the baked kind) and then put your graham cracker crust into the pan!.
Once you've filled the pan, chill it until it's firm or freeze for a later date, then when you are ready you can just pull the cling wrap or foil up out of the pan and your cheesecake will be ready to put on a platter and serve!. That is how we make them for catering parties, we put a cardboard circle into the bottom of the pan and then build the crust and cheesecake on top of that, and ours are not baked (we use cling wrap under the cardboard cake round)!.
Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hold the pan up and lightly hit the bottom of the pan with the back of a spoon!. Do this several times around the perimeter of the pan, then in the center!. Then run a knife around the edges of the cake to help loose it!. See if that helps!.
Usually, cheesecakes are made in pans that unclip apart, and you serve them right on the bottom (it turns into a plate when unclipped)!. In the future, try one of those type of pans!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Duct tape!.
Take 2 lengths of duct tape and make 2 circles, sticky side out!.
Press them against the disc, sticking as much tape as possible while allowing just enough room to slide your fingers in and use them as handles!.
pull disc straight out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
