I cant deside on what to eat for dinner tomarrow night can you help me?!

If you live where it's "grilling season", you could make what I made tonight!.!.!.beef shishkabobs with herbed rice and Almond-Orange Salad! It was all delicious and we followed it up with red raspberry roll-up cake! For the roll-up, bake a jelly roll cake and then after it's cool, spread a layer of Cool Whip and top with fresh berries!. Roll it back up and spread a little more Cool Whip and decorate with a few more berries!. This is excellent with raspberries or strawberries!
HERBED GREEN RICE
1 cup rice
2 cups water (see below)
2 tsp!. bouillion - use whichever flavor goes with rest of meal
1 tsp!. oregano
1 tsp!. sage
2 tsp!. bouillon
1 tsp!. basil
2 T!. parsley
1/2 tsp!. thyme
1 T!. minced dried onion
1/2 tsp!. paprika
Combine all ingredients and cook according to rice package directions for time and amount of water!. Use variety of herbs based on chicken or beef bouillon and preferences!. If using fresh herbs, triple amounts indicated!. I use some of everything I have growing and paprika!. There is enough salt in the bouillon that I don’t add more!.
ALMOND - ORANGE SALAD
1/4 cup salad oil
2 T!. white wine vinegar
2 T!. sugar
1/4 tsp!. almond extract
Torn Greens - leaf or bibb lettuce, spinach, etc!.
2-3 medium oranges - remove rind and slice or chunk
(or use 1 can mandarin oranges)
1 cup celery - sliced
2 T!. onions or chives - sliced
1/3 cup toasted almonds
Mix dressing together!. Wash greens and arrange on individual serving dishes!. Top with the other items, then add with dressing!. Or toss together in one bowl and serve!. I used Bibb lettuce today!.

3 cups chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
1 cup pineapple (diced)
1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
1/8 cup dried cranberries
2 Tablespoons sweet onion (minced)
2 Tablespoons apple juice
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and chill!. Serve with a lettuce garnish!.
***You can use the chicken salad as a sandwich filling!.***Www@FoodAQ@Com
