Answers:
Spell it correctly or you'll end up with something completely different

put basil on one side and cracked black pepper on the other side, put it on the grill, when the blood starts coming out the top then flip it, when the blood starts coming out the other side, take it off!. Delicious!.

Remember to let it sit for 10 minutes before you eat it! otherwise the juice runs out and you end up with dry steak by the time you get to the end!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i like to rub in a beef stock cube heat a heavy pan preferably cast iron till smoking hot season then fry on both sides till caramelized i also add a knob of butter at the end and baste the meat i like to cook mine medium rare don't forget to let it rest the fibers in the meat tighten during the cooking process when you leave it to rest for a few minutes these fibers relax and the juices spread back through the meat
for the best meat you should try get it from a animal that has been hung (matured) for 28 days also look for a good marbling of fat through the meat as you cook it these fats will melt adding moisture and flavor hope this helps have funWww@FoodAQ@Com
