You can add any or all of these ingredients to your brine bath to infuse the chiken!. Actually, any time you brine meat or poultry, you should add something to the bath to add flavor!. Even liquid smoke!.
Don't worry about the pickling comment above!. Not everyone is familiar with brining meats!.
Your recipe sounds good!. I might try it!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you can turn that into a brine recipe!. Just omit the oil, and add salt and filtered water!. Remember to brine for at least 4 hours!. Pat your chicken dry, rub some oil on it and cook it however you want!.
Brining will give you the most juicy poultry ever!. Don't wast time injecting, that just makes holes for the natural juices to fall out!.
You're actually making the cells in the chicken fill up with flavorful salt and herb water through osmosis!. No need to inject!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The chicken is only supposed to marinade for 30 min (according to this recipe) and brine is used for pickling things (pickles, corned beef) which would be in there for a day or more!.!.!.!.!.!. Why don't you just inject some of the marinade INTO the chicken!? That will give you the juiciest possible chicken!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
