Yes, potatoes actually have quite a few nutrients and aren't fattening (on their own)!. Make sure you EAT THE OUTSIDE, since that's where most of the nutrients are:) I rub mine lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Creole Seasoning, so the outside is yummy to eat when we're done with the inside:) !.!.!. Watch what you put inside though:) Non-fat sour cream is good with salsa; or even low-calorie Ranch dressing!Www@FoodAQ@Com

oh yeah, I rub bacon grease on the skin with garlic powder, salt, & pepper and DON'T wrap it in foil so that the skin is crisp!.!.!.!.sorry, I am not a health nut!!!

Yea, as long as you don't eat them all the time!. A small amount of margarine is not that bad for you either!. Like a teaspoon or so for flavor!. Don't add cheese and bacon though!. That could be a really bad combination together as far as fat goes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
