Alright, my mum always makes sprouts so here's what you do
1!. Soak your sprouts overnight
2!.Drain then from excess water
3!.Find a large flat plate, and put a large sheet of cotton on it
4!. Drench it in water
5!.Put the sprouts on it and put it in the sun and spray them 3 times a day

Here you can buy fresh sprouts in winter!. But you also can make them yourself!. Take a plate!. Put flat cotton batting on it water it and cover the cotton batting with seed!. Cover all wiith a glassy top and put soemthing between the plate and the top, so that a little bit air is getting inside!. Put it to a warm place, depending on the seed in 3 to 7 days you have your sprouts!. Have a look that the cotton is always wet!. For cresses you also can use blotting-paper instead of cotton batting!.
We use cresse, soy but you can use a lot of more seeds!.
