Question: Is it safe to eat chicken that was left on the stove all night!?!?!?
It was chicken marsala and i forgot to put it in the fridge!? Is it safe to eat!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Personally I wouldn't eat it!. But my husband always reheat things like that and eat it!. Guess it depends on your tolerance level!. If you decide to eat it make sure to bring it to a boil for at least 2 min so you kill any possible bacterias (and I would probably demand 5 min from my husband just to be sure)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, that depends on lots of things actually!. To be absolutely safe, no!.

But if it was cool to cold in your house, you kept it covered and you're going to reheat it to kill off anything that started growing!.!.!. it's probably okay!. I have done it before and we've been fine!. But if it was warm in the house, I wouldn't do it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Immediately throw it out!. you can get food poisoning, never leave anything out all night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've had salmonella poisoning!. It is awful!. Don't risk it!. Throw it out!. Better safe than sorry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
