Okay! I love seafood and one of my favorites things to make is jumbo lump crab meat!.

Heres the recipe-
===Ingredients:===
2 6-1/2 oz!. cans back fin lump crab meat or 3/4 lb!. fresh crab (about 2-1/2 cups)
2 tbsp!. reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 Tbsp!. Worcestershire sauce
Several drops hot pepper sauce
4 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsps!. dry mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper, or to taste
2 egg whites
1 cup bread crumbs
Olive oil spray
===Preparation===:
Drain crab meat and flake with a fork, picking out any shell or cartilage!.
Put crabmeat in a bowl!. Add the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper, green onions, dry mustard, pepper and salt!.
Blend in the egg whites!. Shape into 4 cakes about 4 inches across!. Place bread crumbs on a plate and season with salt and pepper!.
Roll crab cakes in crumbs, making sure both sides are coated!. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat!. Spray with olive oil spray!.
Add crab cakes and cook 5 minutes!. Turn and cook 5 more minutes!.
THATS IT!

Seafood Boil
1 bay leaf
1 large fresh rosemary sprig
1 tablespoon fennel seeds, coarsely crushed
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 fennel bulb, chopped
3 large shallots, chopped
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes in juice
1 1/4 cups dry white wine
3 cups fish broth or bottled clam juice
1/4 cup tomato paste
8 small littleneck clams, scrubbed
1 pound mussels, scrubbed, debearded
1 russet potato, about 8 ounces, peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 1/2 pounds assorted firm-fleshed fish filets such as halibut, salmon, or tuna, cut into 1 1/4 inch chunks
1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
2 corn cobs, quartered crosswise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
Wrap the bay leaf, rosemary, and fennel seeds in a cheesecloth bag!. Set the sachet aside!. Heat the oil in a very large pot over medium heat!. Add the chopped fennel and shallots and saute until the fennel is tender, about 6 minutes!. Season with salt and pepper!. Add the tomatoes with their juices, the wine and fish broth!. Stir in the tomato paste!. Add the sachet!. Bring to a boil!. Reduce the heat to medium-low!. Cover and simmer until the flavors blend, about 10 minutes!.
Add the clams to the cooking liquid!. Cover and cook until the clams open, about 6-8 minutes (discard any clams that do not open)!. Using tongs, transfer the clams to a bowl!. Repeat with the mussels!. Add the potatoes to the cooking liquid and simmer until they are almost tender, about 10 minutes!. Add the fish, shrimp, and corn!. Simmer until the fish and shrimp are just cooked through, and the corn is heated through, about 5 minutes!. Return the clams and mussels to the soup!. Stir in the parsley!. Stuffed Lobster
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
4 (6 ounce) raw lobster tails, shelled
2 cups crushed buttery round crackers
1/2 cup chopped cooked shrimp
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 cup milk
8 ounces processed cheese food, cubed
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)!.
In a medium bowl, combine the crackers and shrimp!. Stir in the melted butter to form a stuffing!. Spread on top of the lobster tails and roll from one end of the tail to the other!. If the tails are too thick, slice them in half horizontally to make them thinner!. Secure the rolls with toothpicks and place in a greased 8 inch square baking dish!.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream of shrimp soup, milk and cheese!. Cook and stir until cheese has melted!. Pour over the stuffed lobster tails!. Top with any stuffing mixture that you may have left over!.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until sauce is hot and lobster meat is opaque!.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 cup olive oil
2 pounds large shrimp - peeled and deveined
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
5 cloves garlic, minced
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup butter, diced
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat!. Lightly coat the shrimp in flour!. In batches, saute shrimp in oil until golden brown; each batch should take approximately 2 minutes!. Drain on paper towels!.
Discard oil and add the wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and chicken broth to the skillet!. Cook over high heat until liquid has reduced by half (approximately 5 minutes)!. Stir in butter and season with salt and pepper to taste!. Lower head to medium, add shrimp cook for 1 minute (until shrimp are heated)!. Sprinkle with parsley before serving!.

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
skewers
DIRECTIONS
In a blender or food processor, process the olive oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth!. Reserve a small amount for basting!. Pour the remaining mixture into a dish, add shrimp, and stir to coat!. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours!.
Preheat grill for medium heat!. Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head!. Discard marinade!.

How about Salmon!? with mustard brown sugar glaze
Nice long piece of salmon enough for 4 or more
lay 2 pieces over foil on top of each other
place the fish on the foil
spread mustard over entire piece of fish- spicy or plain (I like plain)
generously spread brown sugar over the fish (make it thick)
Place 2 more sheets of foil over the fish
fold and crimp all sides of the foil together making a foil bag
(make sure it does not leak)
Place on the BBQ for about 10 minutes on side one then on side 2 - approx 10 minutes and until the second side blows up like a balloon
