Plaice is probably better fried, but if you want to bake it, wrap it in foil (make a parcel so that air can circulate on top of the fish), first add a touch of butter or oil, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice!. Bake for 10-15 minutes on high heat!.

I always place it on a baking tray, place in the middle of the oven on 150c for 15-25 minutes, turning once!.
But you could also put a small knob of butter on top to keep it moist if desired!.
Some people wrap it inside baking foil, but I tend to find it sticks to it!
If bread crumbed or battered, same time applies, maybe an extra 5 Min's, it all depends really, on how you like your fish!
