Eggs recipes?!
I hate the taste of eggs but LOVE making them!. I hate eggs because i think they hardly haave a tsate but the thing is, is that i still eat them b/c they are good for you does anyone have a QUICK delicious egg recipe!? plz send a link or a recipe =]

APPETIZER
Creamy Summer Egg Spread
4 eggs
1/4 cup cream cheese (you may use fat free)
1 tablespoon Zesty Italian dressing mix (dry)
2 teaspoons chives
Break eggs in bowl; add chives and dressing mix, and whip!. Cube cream cheese and add to egg mixture!. Cook in skillet over medium heat, stirring gently until eggs are set!. Do not overcook!. Chill Thoroughly!.
Serve on your choice of crackers, zucchini or cucumber slices for a tasty appetizer!.
Makes 20 appetizers!.

Separate:
6 eggs
Combine:
6 egg yolks
1 ? cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole or 2% milk
? cup vegetable oil
2 T!. sugar
1 t!. baking powder
? t!. table salt
? t!. vanilla extract
Dash ground cardamom, optional
Beat; Fold in:
6 egg whites
Fry in:
vegetable oil
Serve with:
Butter, powdered sugar, maple
syrup, jam, and cinnamon-sugar

2 tablespoons Mrs!. Dash seasoning blend
1 cup reduced fat shredded Marble Jack or cheddar cheese
2 cups freshly sliced veggies (onions, red pepper, broccoli)
salt and pepper, optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F!. Place vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl!. Cover with plastic wrap and cook on high for 3 minutes!. Set aside!. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl!. Pour half of the mixture in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan!. Top with well-drained vegetables and shredded cheese!. Pour remaining egg mixture over vegetables!.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour!. Eggs should be set and top very lightly browned!. Serves 8!.

1 large flour tortilla
2 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
Beat eggs and pour into a non-stick skillet over medium heat!. As eggs begin to set, gently draw a pancake turner across the bottom of the skillet forming large soft curds!. Cook until eggs are thickened, but still moist!. Fold in salsa and cheese!. Spread egg mixture down center of tortilla!. Roll tortilla around eggs!. Garnish with salsa and sour cream, if desired!.
HOLDIAYS
White Chocolate Cheesecake
1 (16-oz!.) package chocolate fudge sandwich cookies
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
3 (8-oz!.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
6 eggs
4 oz!. white chocolate, grated
1 tsp!. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 ounces white chocolate, grated
1 tsp!. almond extract
Place cookies in food processor and process to crumbs!. Add sugar to crumbs and pulse!. Pour butter through top of processor with machine running!. Press crumb mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9' springform pan; set aside!.
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until soft and creamy!. Gradually beat in 1 1/4 cups sugar, beating until fluffy!. Add eggs, 2 at a time, beating well after each addition!. Stir in white chocolate and vanilla!. Pour filling mixture into crust; bake at 325 degrees F for 55 minutes or until cheesecake still shakes slightly in the middle!. Remove from oven!.
Combine sour cream, sugar, white chocolate and almond extract and mix completely!. Spread mixture evenly over the top of cheesecake!. Bake again at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes or until bubbly!. salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp!. butter, margarine, or cooking oil
? tsp!. dill weed
? cup cooked, peeled and de-veined shrimp
? cup cottage cheese
(Note: Prepare all ingredients including the beaten eggs prior to cooking!.)
Beat together eggs, water, salt and pepper, if desired, until well blended!. In a 10-inch non-tick omelet pan over medium-high heat, heat butter until just hot enough to sizzle a drop of water!. Pour in egg mixture!. Mixture should set immediately at the edges!. With an inverted pancake turner, push cooked portions from the edges of the pan toward the center so uncooked portions can spill onto the hot pan surface!. (Dig a hole and fill it!) Tilt the pan as necessary, keeping the bottom covered with egg!.
When the top is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, fill one half of omelet with fillings!. (Put filling on the left side if you’re right handed and the right if you’re a lefty!) With pancake turner, fold omelet in half!. Invert to serve…simply turn the pan upside down over the plate, and the omelet will land with its prettiest side up!.

1 cup water

6 oz!. Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 cups milk
8oz!. cream cheese, softened

Bring margarine and water to a boil!. Blend flour in, beating it into a ball!. Add eggs one at a time and beat well!. Spread mixture into a greased 9" x 13" glass pan and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes!. Cool crust!.
For filling: mix pudding, milk and cream cheese together!. Spread over cooled crust!. Top with Cool Whip!. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top!. Keep refrigerated!.

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large russet potatoes, peeled and shredded
1 medium onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)!.
Heat oil in a 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat!. When the skillet is hot, add the potatoes, and fry until crispy and golden, about 15 minutes!. Reduce heat to medium, and add onions!. Cook, stirring, until softened!. Season with salt and pepper!. Pour eggs over the potatoes and onions!.
