I personally think it depends on your diet!. For those with diabetes, insulin Resistance, or those cutting carbs, having bread with every meal isn't a good idea!. A single piece of white bread has 26 carbs in it!. Personally I eat bread sparingly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
nope, we only eat bread occassionally with our meals!. usually with spaghetti, lasagne, beef stew or sandwiches!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
