Does anyone have a real easy recipe for barbeque chicked that i can make in the oven? thanks so much.?!
Answers:
get your bottled bbq sauce and mix it with a teaspoon of sugar and a tablespoon of white vinegar or beer!. if you have some sweet mustard (honey or dijon) throw a squirt of that into it!. the vinegar or beer tenderizes while the sugar helps to make a nice crispy coating on the outside, even if you don't have skin!. just slop in on there and bake at 350 until the juices run clear when you stab it, usually about 45 min to 1 hour for chicken parts!. for a whole chicken, consult the package for weight and cooking time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For something real simple you can get a nice pan and place a wire rack in it, you know, something for the chicken to sit on so the juices can fall into the pan, but the chicken doesn't sit in the actual juice!. Simply salt, pepper and brush a little BBQ sauce on it several different times while it's baking in the oven!. I'd bake it about an hour and 20 minutes or, if you like a real crispy brown crust, you can bake it longer!. Good luck with your rainy day recipe! :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dry rub your chicken with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic salt, salt & pepper and bake on a baking sheet at 375 (about 30-40 min for boneless - 45 min - 1 hr for bone-in); the last 10 min or so, I'll baste a few times with BBQ sauce!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
